Appearance: Okami has short deep blue hair with a purplish shine and eyes of the same shade and tends to have an overall tomboyish look about her (see avatar)

Personality: Okami is very quite most of the time, watching things carefully before acting. But has been known to fight like a wild beast when in combat but has started to curve this as it was getting hard to separate herself from her Hollow

Background/History: Recalling no memories of her human life Okami wounded around the wilds of Rukongai only interested in living long enough to see the following night, but that all changed on one fated night, when she felt an intense hunger overcome her. On that night she stumbled across a Shinigami that had stopped for a brake in her neck of the woods, who he was and why he would be in a place like this did not concern her at the time, the only thing she was thinking about was how to steal his stuff.

"I know your there," the Shinigami's voice echoed across to her, "you have some good reiatsu, but your not too good on hiding it." the man turned around to look right at her.

Knowing trying to hide herself was now pointless Okami stepped out into the small clearing, eyes fixed on the man and her katana firmly in her grasp, he just smiled warmly at her he seemed nothing like the other Shinigamis she had seen before. The strange man informed her that he knew that she was starving and would be willing to give her his food, but only if she agreed to come with him into Seireitei. Understandably dubious of this man, but curiosity got the better or her along with her hunger she agreed, a part of her tired of this way of life. The Shinigami introduced himself as Kildiyen Margrave, the head of the Margrave clan, a few days after returning to Seireitei he placed her in the Shinigami Academy.

Hollowification: about one year after graduating from the Academy and being accepted into the Gotei 13 Okami went on her first mission to the human world along with three others to clear out a problematic Hollow who had started feeling on the souls of living humans, the fore of them should of been able to handle it but they underestimated enemy strength, the dog-like Hollow had been simply 'holding back' to lure out some Shinigami to eat. The large Hollow easily killed and ate one of her team-mates, it was during the following battle that Okami learnt her zanpakuto’s name, but it appeared that it was to little to late for the Shinigami as she watched her last comrade get eaten alive by the Hollow.

The beast glared at her, its reiatsu steadily increasing as it absorbed its meal. The aura around the Hollow was enough to bring one to there knees, but Okami stood strong, even as the Hollow charged her with a blood curdling roar she tried to use shunpo to doge but to the Hollow it appeared as she was running at normal speed, and it did not take the beast long to sink its fangs into her. Okami's body went numb as the Hollow bit down on her torso, she could hear the sound of cloth and flesh tearing along with the snap of bones as it begin to shake her like a rag doll, seemingly intent on playing with her before eating her, she heard a crack and felt a pain like white fire shoot though her body along with a yelp as the Hollow dropped her.

The yelp of pain had not been hers, but rather the Hollow's. One of its fangs had become lodged between her ribs and broken off with the violent shaking, ignoring the sorry, shredded state her own failing body was in she took the opening and attacked, but only managed to cut off a paw before it fled back into Hueco Mundo, the lone and wounded Shinigami cried out in rage before blacking out. Okami ignored her friends and the other members of the Margrave house after she had fully recovered in Soul Society, concentrating on training with her zanpakuto in order to get revenge on the Hollow that killed her friends, but one thing concerned her was that the medics could not find the fang that had been lodged in her ribs.

Fate it seemed was with Okami, as in less then a month she had crossed paths with the same Hollow. But it was still turning out the same way despite coming with a better prepared team that included the head of the Margraves himself, in the end it was only Okami and Kildiyen left standing, calling out her zanpakuto’s name Okami charged in but was blown to the side by a cero, pulling herself to her feet she watched the fight between the Hollow and Kildiyen unfold before her. The leader of the Margraves suffer a claw to his left arm, cutting down to the bone, something inside her snapped as she charged in once again, this time her body not solely her own, the fang that had been lodged in her from the first Hollow attack had not fallen out or evaporated as she first thought, but had infect been absorbed by her body.

What exactly happen is hazy, like her mind could not hold the memories created by the event. One moment she had vanquished the Hollow the next Kildiyen had her pined and was pulling at the half formed Hollow mask on her face, the discomfort of the mask being pulled at was enough to bring her under control where Okami helped him remove her mask. With the Hollow mask removed he let go of her, throwing the mask down where it shattered, she could feel his anger roll of him in waves.

"Do you have any idea what you have done!" he shouted, "GO! NOW! I will inform Soul Society that you died in this fight."

With out a word to her now former family member, she ran towards the mountains, a voice echoing in her mind that was not her own.
