OC's vs Cannons for ranks

In order not to block off Cannons, and to allow OC’s a chance of becoming Captains/Espada/Lieutenants we have done the following.

The Escudo, Aizen’s shield.

The Escudo (Spanish for shield) are a sub group of Espada, whilst their duties are pretty much the same of the Espada they are required to enforce Aizen’s word and back up any Espada on their missions.

Soul Society ‘Anti-Aizen’ Division.

With the captains and lieutenants focused on the upcoming war with Aizen they are fallen behind on there duties as captains, as from now on acting captains and lieutenants (OC’s) shall be opponent, whilst all current captains and lieutenants (Cannon) are to report to the new Division concentrating on defeating Aizen.
