Personality: Fujimoto, Is very loyal and always follows his order to the dot. He is very cold and precise in every thing he does, always thinking ahead making very little room for mistakes on his behalf. He loves to fight and only feels alive when he fights. When he is not fighting he is very quiet and cautious.
Fujimoto, Doesn't know when to stop. Once he enters his fighting mode he will not stop until his target is dead. He doesn't believe in Mercy and if a target ever escaped him. He would hunt him down and kill him. Once a Enemy, Always a Enemy.

Background/History: Tashiro Fujimoto, Was appointed the 3rd Seat in the 2nd Squad when Kisuke Urahara was promoted to the 12th Squad Captain. Fujimoto, Trained with Urahara for many years as he was the next in line to take the 3rd Seat if anything was to happen to Urahara. Just like Urahara, Fujimoto excels in hand to hand combat, As well as very knowledgeable in Kidou. Hardly anyone has ever even seen him release his Zanpakuto nor even unsheathe it. Tashiro Fujimoto was a prodigy as he also graduated the Academy in one year. Fujimoto always had a enhance growth rate being able to learn things very quickly which also made his body very durable as he would push himself to his limits every day.
10 years later a important mission came up that a certain someone had to be detained. It was very important to the 12th Squad for there research. Fujimoto, Once again teamed up with mentor and great friend Urahara. During the Mission, Fujimoto suffered a damaging blow to his chest and back destroying his soul chain. Urahara, Then told Tashiro Fujimoto that he would turn into a Hollow if he couldn't control the hollow inside of him.
That was the last time he was ever seen by the Soul Society. In the books they have him written down as Deceased but only Urahara knows the real truth. When Fujimoto came to he notice that he was in Hueco Mundo. He looked around even closer to realize that he was in the Forest of Menos. What Fujimoto didn't know that he would be there for the next 100 years. Tashiro begun to excel in fighting against hollows and even arrcanars.
In the first 25 years of living in Hueco Mundo. Fujimoto learned the weakness and strength of all hollows. He even came to notice that the hollow inside of hiself was very strong. He spoke to his inner hollow trying to understand while it was inside of him but never could found out why. His first Vizard experience was when he was fighting against 3 arrcanars. Fujimoto was bloody and on the verge of death as the Hollow inside of him took over quickly dispersing of the 3 powerful arrcanars. From that day forward he pratice to master his Hollow form but only able to keep it for a hour at most.
Fujimoto use to watch and follow arrcanars picking up on their movements as well as techniques. He notice they used a Flash Step that was quicker called Sonido. After learning that, Fujimoto pratice 25 years to master it. He never knew when he was going to head back to the real world or even soul society. He followed the number 10 Espada Yammy through the White Desert. He notice that the Espada knew how to go between the real world and back to Hueco Mundo. They Called it Garganta. Due to Fujimoto high-level in intellect he finally learned how to due it after 50 years.
Fujimoto ran his hand in front of him cause a rip in the dimensions as he could see the town of Karakura. He slowly walked through the dimensions as he found himself standing in the sky looking down at the town with a smile on his face. It was the first time he actually be in the real world as well as the first time he actually saw any light. He wondered if there would be anyone just like him who can help him fully master his hollow form.
