Personality: Zetsubou has a very lazy personality. He tends to not want to do things unless there is some kind of reward for him. Zetsubou is also very nice when he doesn’t want to sleep. A fight can be one of the very few things Zetsubou will not mind to do whenever. He is very sure of himself and has been told many a time to be less arrogant.

Appearance: Zetsubou has long black hair that reaches just past his shoulders. He has almost perfect skin with little to none imperfections. His skin is a little paler then most people’s skin. Zetsubou’s eyes are a dark brown almost a black. His pupils dilate whenever he gets angry which is rare.

History: Zetsubou grew up in the wealthy district of Rukongai 10. His father and mother were very nice to him as he grew almost too nice to be real. Zetsubou always dreamed of being a shinigami but his mother never wanted him to do so in case he would injure himself. The day Zetsubou decided to disobey his parents was the day everything went wrong. He had packed all of his cloths in private so that his parents wouldn’t find out. When he was just about to leave and start a life of his own his parents came into the room. They were shocked at his sudden decision to leave and came at him to find out why he did something like this. Zetsubou didn’t know they just wanted to talk so he ran leaving his parents and all his things behind.

He was found the former 6th division Captain and brought to Soul Society to train in the academy. Zetsubou quickly graduated from the academy top of his class in everything but kido training. He was never good at kido and he just got high enough marks to pass. Although when he graduated he was immediately accepted into the 6th division as 3rd seat. He spent three years as third seat before he overtook the former lieutenant of the 6th division. Zetsubou trained for bankai with his Captain for five years. Although Zetsubou was one of the few lieutenants you could use bankai he was still the weakest kido users. The Captain of division 6 grew both sick and old but he would not give up his possession of Captain. The Captain told Zetsubou to challenge him so Zetsubou could become the Captain of the squad without the Captain at the time look dishonorable. Zetsubou challenged the Captain and defeated him gaining the role of Captain of division 6.
